Mr Abdul Ganni Qamar (Late)  was basically an Associate Professor in Mathematics and  was a gold medalist from Bahaud-din-Zakariya University, Multan.. He was among the pioneer faculty members of Federal College of Education. He was the first Director of FCE who was originally from College Faculty. He utilized his maximum potential for the development of the FCE. He struggled  very hard to initiate Master degree Project in FCE, including five Master Degree Programmes. His contributions for the development of  infrastructure  in  FCE were remarkable, this way college had two new hostel buildings, one admin block, one academic block and four new science laboratories. He was a real gentleman and a visionary educational leader.
