He was MS.c in Pakistan Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad. He was among the pioneer teaching faculty members of Federal College of Education, Islamabad. Later he joined University Grants Commission, Islamabad, as a permanent member which later became Higher Education Commission, Islamabad. His services were transferred as a Director of Federal College of Education, Islamabad on 1st of December 2007. He remained in this post until 8th of December 2009. During his tenure he proved to be an energetic person. He had good engaging and utilizing skills with reference to faculty potentials.

MESSAGE

It has been a matter of great honor & pride for me that I have been a member of the pioneer teaching faculty Federal College of Education, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, way back on its establishment in 1975, finally Professor/ HOD Masters Program, & Director of the college 2007-09.

This college was established with the vision to be a leading Educational institution and a mission to produce Quality Teachers both in-service & preservice in a bigger quantity During my tenure as Director of College largest number of the faculty development program of FCE faculty was initiated and the biggest number of FCE faculty went abroad & attended inland training & other academic activities. The college gained reputation Nationally/ Internationally. This college has all the potential to become the highest seat of teacher Educational Academic learning not only nationally but also internationally, especially in South Asia. For that purpose International Quality i\Innovative Curriculum, Research, Faculty Development programs are initiated. The available resources should be optimally utilized and the faculty be motivated to conduct research and be compatible with the international world. Real leadership can only do that. Best of Luck.
