He initiated a series of guest Celebrity lectures with the major focus on the character-building of students. For the promotion of democratic values, he provided the opportunity for students to elect their “Students Council” by conducting the election within the college.

“During my short stay in this institution, I was impressed with its rich human and material resources, which seemed underutilized. Therefore, an initiative was taken to make it more autonomous and seek degree-awarding status. I extend my best wishes to FCE and hope it would soon be given an opportunity to live up to its potential and get recognized as a state-of-the-art teacher education institute”
