Mr Fateh Muhammad Naseem  joined FCE as an instructor in Education for BSEd 3 year programme. He was as enthusiastic teacher. He became Director of FCE in 24th of April 2005 and was replaced with Mrs. Shamim Humayun on 24th of October 2005.
