He had decent and compose personality. He was a senior government officer of Teachers Education. Prior to becoming Director of FCE, he was Director of Education Cantt and Garrison, Islamabad. Later he become Chairman Federal Board. He worked as a DEA in Ministry of Education, Islamabad. He effectively continued In-service Teachers Training in college.Reports of teacher’s training were shared with all section heads. Classes of pre-service training, C.T and B.S.Ed were inaugurated in his tenure.
